Accessibility statement

Parity is committed to making our product usable for people with disabilities. This statement describes our goals, known limitations, and how to reach us with feedback.

Conformance target

We aim for Parity's user interface and documentation to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA or better. We also align with WCAG 2.2 AA where our internal standards already require it.

How we test and improve

We use semantic HTML, keyboard-first interaction patterns, visible focus, and structured headings. We run automated checks in development and review critical flows for keyboard, screen reader, and zoom behavior before release. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice, not a one-time audit.

Third-party content and customer sites

Parity helps teams monitor accessibility on their websites. Screenshots, live page previews, and links to monitored URLs may surface third-party or customer-controlled content that we do not author. That material is outside Parity's control and may not meet the same standards as the application shell.

Compatibility

Parity is designed for recent versions of major browsers (for example current Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) with assistive technologies commonly paired with those browsers. If something does not work in your environment, tell us using the contact information below.

Feedback and support

We welcome accessibility feedback or requests for reasonable accommodations when using Parity. You can reach the team behind Parity through contextualcode.com or by phone at 850-656-7050. If you report an issue, please include the page or screen you were on, what you were trying to do, and your browser and assistive technology if you know them — that helps us reproduce and fix problems quickly.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or your state's relevant agency, depending on your situation and applicable law.

Effective date

This statement is reviewed periodically and updated when our practices or product meaningfully change. Parity is created and maintained by Contextual Code.
